Generated Content

You own the videos generated by our AI using Your Content, subject to these Terms. However, you are responsible for ensuring that Your Content and resulting videos do not infringe on third-party rights.

Our Intellectual Property

The FramePack platform, AI models, algorithms, and related technology remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our technology.

Free Tier

Our free tier provides limited access to video generation features with usage restrictions.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation or bug-free experience
• Specific quality or accuracy of AI-generated content
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Permanent storage of your content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
